自2002年創立以來,Tales of the Cocktail(TOTC)已從新奧爾良歷史雞尾酒酒吧的年度步行導覽活動,成長為全球首屈一指的雞尾酒節。

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation的使命

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation是一個國際性的非營利組織,致力於教育、推動及支持全球飲料行業的成長。活動不僅迎接各種雞尾酒愛好者,更重要的是,專注於為專業人士提供一個學習與成長的平台。2023年,出席者中47%為回訪嘉賓,53%則是首次參加,顯示出活動不斷吸引新舊成員共同參與。

Spirited Awards®—表揚卓越的年度獎項

自2007年成立以來,Spirited Awards®已成為業界備受推崇的獎項,每年在Tales of the Cocktail大會上頒發,表揚飲品行業的優秀專業人士、產品和機構。2024年主題為「Inspire」,旨在強調分享創意與能量的重要性。各國的獲獎者皆經由超過250位行業專家精心挑選,從全球範疇中脫穎而出,榮獲最佳酒吧、最佳雞尾酒單等榮譽。

體驗Tales of the Cocktail:酒迷的年度盛會

每年7月,Tales of the Cocktail活動讓新奧爾良在炎熱夏季成為世界級酒吧專業人士的聚集地,主場設於麗思卡爾頓酒店。該活動對城市的經濟影響顯著,2023年帶來了2400萬美元的經濟效益,並提升新奧爾良在雞尾酒世界中的地位。

多元活動盡在Tales of the Cocktail

今年的Tales of the Cocktail活動更增加了雞尾酒愛好者的參與機會,從口味品鑑到主題導覽活動應有盡有。活動首日的Speed Rack競賽是一項年度女性調酒師的計時比賽,門票收益用於乳癌研究。接著,品鑑室成為各大烈酒品牌展示新酒款的場所,日票售價為45美元。新奧爾良著名的「雞尾酒導覽」活動,包括各種有趣主題的行程,票價為65美元。

Spirited Dinners—餐酒配對晚宴

在Tales of the Cocktail期間,眾多餐廳會舉辦「Spirited Dinners」,這些晚宴搭配特色雞尾酒,讓賓客品味頂尖調酒藝術。例如,Palm & Pine將舉辦Tequila Fortaleza的四道菜品酒晚宴,而The Bower則邀請來自舊金山True Laurel的客座調酒師,與意大利烈酒品牌Luxardo攜手呈現特別晚宴。

Pig & Punch:為公益而乾杯

活動的最後一天是廣受歡迎的Pig & Punch公益派對,由來自舊金山的Bon Vivants團隊主辦,活動所得將捐贈給當地公益機構。今年活動將在Broadside舉行,門票售價40美元,現場將提供由Rebirth Brass Band演奏的音樂、Hogs for the Cause團隊提供的美食及豐富飲品。
